Description
The MAYTAG LA-1053 dryer thermal fuse and safety thermostat assembly is a OEM Whirlpool part.
The kit contains:
- thermal fuse with a limit of 258°F (125℃) for electric dryer (x1)
- thermal fuse with 240°F (115℃) limit for gas dryer (x1)
- high limit temperature safety thermostat at 300°F (149℃) for electric and gas dryer (x1)
Thermal limiter stops the motor if the dryer overheats
