Warranty on new appliances
Each new appliance sold by ELECTROLIBRE is covered by the statutory guarantee of proper functioning provided by law. This guarantee provides for the free repair of the goods in the event of a malfunction during a period determined by the type of appliance.
The period during which this guarantee applies varies from 3 to 6 years depending on the goods concerned.
The warranty includes:
- the parts and labor required for the repair;
- reasonable costs for transporting or shipping the item.
The warranty excludes:
- damage resulting from misuse of the product by the consumer;
- normal maintenance of the product and the resulting replacement of parts.

Warranty on used appliances
ELECTROLIBRE pre-owned appliances have been carefully refurbished and come with the best possible warranty, the same as that offered when purchasing a new appliance.
It is a comprehensive one-year warranty (parts and labor) enhanced by the addition of a "lemon-proof" clause.
All our pre-owned appliances are refurbished, inspected, and guaranteed.
ELECTROLIBRE will replace or repair, free of charge, all functional or mechanical parts that prove defective due to a material or manufacturing flaw during the first year from the date of delivery.
