In-home repair
Our technicians come to your home to diagnose and repair your appliances on site. With over 45 years of experience, ELECTROLIBRE services all types of appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, and more.
Limited availability — contact us to check lead times and book an appointment. Appliances still under manufacturer warranty have a shorter lead time.

Free delivery from $500 in the Montreal area. Parcel shipping across Canada for parts. In-store pickup available
Home delivery
Enjoy free delivery in Montreal for any appliance purchase of $500 or more (please note that deliveries outside Montreal are currently suspended). For your parts and maintenance product orders, parcel shipping is free throughout Quebec for $99 or more and from $149 for the rest of Canada.
In-store pickup
Order online and pick up your purchases directly in-store, free of charge and without waiting. Enjoy same-day pickup for in-stock items if your order is placed before 2 PM. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for pickup.
Installation and connection
Our delivery team will place your new appliance directly in the room of your choice. Depending on the type of appliance, we offer connection and installation services (free of charge or for a fee).
Simply select your options and essential accessories when placing your order online.
Installation
Laundry room installation: We only install washers, dryers, and stacked units. New accessories (hoses, clamps) must be added to your cart during checkout.
You must purchase a new installation kit for each appliance.
Connection
Connection (Electricity): Simple connection of the power cord to your wall outlet.
Electrical connection: Included if the location is secure and compliant. The delivery person may refuse to connect the appliance if they deem the electrical outlet non-compliant and/or dangerous.

Warranties
Every new appliance sold by ELECTROLIBRE is covered by the statutory warranty of proper functioning provided for by law. The period during which this warranty applies varies from 3 to 6 years depending on the item concerned.
Warranty on used appliances
ELECTROLIBRE pre-owned appliances have been carefully refurbished and come with the best possible warranty, the same as that offered when purchasing a new appliance.
It is a comprehensive one-year warranty (parts and labor) enhanced by the addition of an "anti-lemon" clause.
Warranty management service
When you purchase a new appliance, our team takes care of the registration directly with the manufacturer.
In the event of a warranty-covered issue, contact us: we will handle the reporting and case opening for you. All you'll have to do is confirm your appointment with the authorized repair center. We simplify every step to ensure quick and hassle-free service for you.
