HOW TO USE?
1. Place the sachet near the fresh air circulation fan inside the refrigerator
2. DO NOT block the fan's air intake or restrict airflow
3. Gas and odor absorption takes effect immediately and continuously over a period of 3 to 4 months.
4. RECHARGE – After 3 or 4 months or as soon as Cool Crisp stops working; place the sachet in direct sunlight for 3 to 6 hours to restore its absorbent properties.
5. Put the sachet back in your refrigerator
6. After 12 months, open the sachet and spread the contents evenly over your lawn or garden

Yes, delivery is free for appliances over $500 in the Montreal area. For parts and household products, shipping is free in Quebec for orders over $99. For other provinces, delivery is free for orders over $149. Take advantage of this great service to equip your home.

What is your return policy?

You can return your new or used appliance up to 30 days after receipt. A $70 pickup fee and a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 20% apply. Contact us for more details on the conditions.

Yes, we offer free installation for washers and dryers with the purchase of necessary accessories. Hooking up electric stoves and setting up all appliances are also available. Contact us for more information.
